Quadra Island Vital Signs 2025 – Community Report Design & Visualization
Quadra Island Foundation (QIF) has completed the Quadra Island Vital Signs Survey. The Final Report is a technical document organized around nine (9) socioeconomic indicators including Quality of Life, Community Belonging, Housing, Transportation & Food Security, Well-Being & Health Care, Work & Education, Families with Children, Culture & Recreation, and Demographic Information.
This project forms part of the national Vital Signs initiative led by the Community Foundations of Canada, which helps communities across the country understand and communicate their strengths and challenges. QIF is seeking a qualified graphic and communications design firm to create visually appealing and informative graphics to summarize, communicate, and highlight the key findings for the publication of the 2025 Vital Signs survey results.
The goal of this project is to create compelling visual representations of survey data that can be easily understood by a diverse audience. QIF anticipates that the graphic summary of findings will be presented in a brief booklet with graphic representations of up to six pictorial displays per socio-economic indicator, interspersed with summary text throughout.

The selected firm will be responsible for:

- Creating graphics for various types of survey data, including charts, graphs,
and infographics. - Incorporating branding elements and colour schemes provided by QIF.
- Collaborating with the QIF team to identify two to three key insights or
visuals per indicator. - Providing revisions and edits as needed.
- Delivering final graphics in multiple formats for both print and digital use,
including print-ready PDF and web-optimized versions.
