Grant Recipients
If you have received a grant from the foundation, please review the resources for managing and reporting on the grants in the section below.
Typically, you may not apply for more funding until any previously-funded projects are completed and QIF has received the final report. Exceptions may apply.
When reporting, in the budget section under revenues, include all donors to whom you have applied for funding or from whom you have already received funding for this project.
Grant recipients are not required to prepare donation receipts to the foundation.
QIF may share summary information about your grant application with other local granting bodies.
Managing and Reporting on Grants
- Grants Management Guidelines
- Multi-Year Grants Management Guidelines
- Please refer to the questions in the Evaluating Your Project document to tell us the story of the outcomes and key learnings
- Photo Requirements for Reports for additional logos or recognition plaques
- Final Reporting: All grant recipients are required to submit a final report by the date provided on the community grant agreement form. Please download the Grant Reporting Form and include at least one quality photo, preferably of your project in action with people in it. Before you submit your photo, make sure you have permission from the people in the photo. See here for some tips on how to take a compelling photo.
